Download a linked Google Drive file

Drive Connect gives users the ability to download linked files directly from the Drive Links component.

  1. Navigate to the Salesforce record that the file is linked to
  2. Select the dropdown next to the linked file
  3. Select Download File from the dropdown
    1. If applicable, choose the file format you wish to download

  1. Navigate to the Salesforce record that the file is linked to
  2. Click on a linked file
  3. Select Download File from the header of the viewer
    1. If applicable, choose the file format you wish to download

Note: Google Forms files cannot be downloaded.
