Problem

When attempting to manage your plan, buy licenses & plans or reach Billing & Payments, you get the error toast 'Remote site activation needed'

Solution

The following steps will resolve the error:

1. Go to Salesforce Setup (Gear Icon)
2. In the Quick Find search for Remote Site Settings
3. Look for the remote site name Appiphony_REST and select edit
4. On the following page if you encountered the error toast you will notice that the active box is not checked, to solve this issue please make sure the checkbox is checked and then hit save
5. Return to Drive Connect Setup and attempt to manage your plan, buy licenses & plans or reach Billing & Payments, you should no longer encounter this error toast

If this still does not solve the error, check to make sure that you have the Appiphony_REST in your orgs remote site settings. If you do not have this then please do the following: Setup -> Remote Site Settings -> New Remote Site -> Remote Site Name (Appiphony_REST) -> Remote Site URL (https://rest.appiphony.com) -> Active checked -> Save
